How do I properly burn my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface
Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items
Why is tunneling happening?
Tunneling can happen if the candle is not allowed to melt fully across the top during the first burn. We recommend letting the first burn create a full melt pool.
How should I store my candles?
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance and appearance.
